Previously, as the Director of Video Content and Strategy at Narrative Labs Media from May 2020 to September 2024, Karen founded a production company focused on digital communication for organizations, including high-profile projects for initiatives like Climate Jobs. Prior experience includes a role as Digital Content Specialist at THEM Media, where Karen led the development of a cause marketing content division, and a consulting career from 2001 to 2009, creating branded content strategies for major clients. Educational background includes studies at The New School and New England Conservatory of Music.
