Amy O'Brien has over 30 years of work experience. Amy began their career in 1992 as the Director of Performance Management & Learning & Development at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. In 2007, they joined Brainshark as the Vice President of Implementation & Training. Over the next 13 years, they held several roles at Brainshark, including Vice President of Implementation and Customer Care Enablement, Senior Director of Implementation and Training, Director of Training, Training Manager, Solutions Consultant, Manager of Customer Success, and Customer Success Consultant. In 2022, they joined OpenScholar as the Vice President of Customer Success and Product.

Amy O'Brien has a Master of Science in Training and Development from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Bridgewater State University.
