Lead Strategic Designer at OpenSC

Elodie Rousselot's work experience begins in 2005 when they worked as a Communication Assistant (internship) at Compagnie du Sajou. Elodie then interned as a Director Assistant at Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles d'Ile de France in 2006. In 2007, Elodie worked as the National Sponsorship Coordinator at Alliance francaise French Film Festival, where they managed relationships with 15 sponsors and coordinated various events.

From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Talent Agent at Alsira Garcia Maroto S.L, where they took care of actors' rosters and established connections with directors and producers. Elodie then joined ISUS in 2009 as a Remote French Teacher and content creator for corporate students, and they stayed there until 2011. In 2011, they worked as an E-learning Consultant at Raccoon, coordinating the implementation of an e-learning platform for medium to large organizations.

From 2012 to 2014, Elodie worked as a Digital Project Manager at Desarrollo del Territorio y Sociedad del Conocimiento, where they designed and produced a platform connecting emerging artists with cultural venues and art managers. Elodie then joined Fjord in 2014 and held various roles, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Programme Management Lead. At Fjord, Elodie applied service design methodologies, conducted design research, and coordinated projects.

In 2019, Elodie became the Strategic Design Manager at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, specializing in circular design and fashion. Elodie led thought-leadership work, conducted research, and managed projects, including the publication of a book on Circular Design for Fashion in 2021. Currently, Elodie is working at OpenSC as a Senior Strategic Designer, where they help implement supply chain transparency technology for key commodities. Elodie is part of a multidisciplinary team and contributes to defining strategic design approaches.

In 2023, Elodie is promoted to Lead Strategic Designer at OpenSC, continuing their work in implementing supply chain transparency technology. Overall, Elodie has extensive experience in strategic design, project management, and thought-leadership in the areas of circular design, fashion, and supply chain transparency.

Elodie Rousselot has a diverse education history. Elodie started their education at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they earned a Master's degree in political science from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, they also obtained a separate Master's degree in International Project Management for Territorial Development from the Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC). Additionally, they studied Political Science and Government at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid for one year in 2006.

Later, in 2008 to 2010, Elodie pursued another Master's degree in Français Langue Etrangère (French as a Foreign Language) from Université Stendhal Grenoble 3.

Furthermore, Elodie has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In November 2013, they earned the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. Elodie also has certifications in Human-Computer Interaction from Coursera (December 2013) and UX Intensive from Adaptive Path (May 2015). In August and September 2022, Elodie obtained certifications in "Worldviews - Moving from Sustainability to Regeneration" and "Power of Place" respectively, both from edX and Really Regenerative CIC. Most recently, in February 2023, they obtained the "Beyond Systems Thinking" certification from edX.

Overall, Elodie Rousselot has a strong educational background in political science, international project management, and French language instruction, complemented by various certifications in project management, user experience, and regenerative practices.
