Marc Turner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in claims adjustment, operational training, and customer service. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence Consultant at Openly since June 2022, Marc specializes in developing and implementing training programs for the Claims Department while conducting quality assurance reviews on property claims. Previously, Marc held the position of Special Field Property Claims Adjuster at Farmers Insurance, ensuring customers received proper policy fulfillment and investigating losses. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Young Living Essential Oils and Melaleuca, where Marc supported business leaders and supervised teams. Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, Marc has also engaged in various leadership and service-related roles throughout the career.
