Troy Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Troy is currently an Engineering Manager, Test Automation at OpenGov Inc., starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a CSV Practice Lead Consultant at Cognizant Softvision from February 2021 to May 2022.

From 2013 to 2021, Troy served in various roles at Magenic. Troy was a Practice Lead - QE from January 2017 to February 2021 and a Principal Consultant - QAT from June 2013 to January 2017. Before joining Magenic, they worked at 3M as an Agile QA Programmer (Consultant) from January 2012 to June 2013, and at Producers Ag Insurance Group in the same role from May 2011 to November 2011.

Troy's career began at Epic in August 2006, where they held the position of Release Engineer/Team Lead. Troy'sresponsibilities included leading a client release development team, conducting performance reviews, mentoring new hires, and developing and maintaining release and installation tools. Troy also worked on projects involving zero downtime IIS site upgrades, compile server enhancements, and automation of deployment/configurations. Additionally, Troy provided customer and internal support, collaborated with development teams, and documented release processes. Troy stayed at Epic until May 2011.

Overall, Troy Walsh has had a successful career with extensive experience in test automation, quality engineering, and release management.

Troy Walsh completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Augsburg University, from the years 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in C++ Development from KRS Computer & Business School, from 2000 to 2001. Troy also holds an Associates of Arts degree in Business Administration from City College of Colorado, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. In 1995, Troy attended Hamline University, although there is no information regarding any degree or field of study from that period.

Additionally, Troy Walsh obtained a certification in DevOps from Microsoft OpenHack in October 2019.
