Sudhir Kumar is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Opendoor since April 2023, Sudhir is instrumental in establishing the India Center. Previously, Sudhir held the position of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Planet from September 2021 to November 2022, and served as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas Region at Gilead Sciences between January 2020 and August 2021. Sudhir's career also includes significant roles at UST Global, where Sudhir was Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for nearly 14 years, and earlier positions as Senior Technical Recruiter at Nutech Information Systems and Senior Manager (Resourcing) at Emerio. Academically, Sudhir holds a Master of Social Work from Delhi University, a Bachelor of Laws from Delhi University, an Executive Management Program degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a BSc (H) in Mathematics from Hansraj College.
