Tom Norman is a seasoned consultant senior service designer at Opencast, with extensive experience in service design and research. From November 2019 to April 2023, Tom led the Service Design and Research team at Barnardo's, focusing on innovative practices and systems change. Previous roles include director at Mister Cat, where Tom emphasized service and social design, and senior positions at companies such as Sopra Steria, the Department for International Trade, and the UK Home Office, where Tom's work spanned user research, digital tool design, and process mapping for various services. Tom holds a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design from Camberwell College of Art, earned between 1991 and 1995.
