Rachel D. is a Senior Consultant and Interaction Designer at Opencast since May 2021, where responsibilities include managing stakeholders and leading transformation projects in the government sector. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a User Experience (UX) Designer at Capita from March 2018 to April 2021, focusing on enhancing digital experiences for various organizations and government services. Rachel is also a co-founder and Director of Chronicles VR from 2015 to 2018, specializing in immersive technologies for the heritage industry, overseeing research and usability testing. Rachel D. is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Fine Art at Newcastle University and holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Design and Illustration from the University of Sunderland.
