Mark Keeling is an accomplished Senior Interaction Designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design across various prestigious organizations. Currently employed at Opencast since March 2023, Mark previously contributed as a User Experience Designer at Research England, where rapid wireframes and prototypes were developed in Adobe XD. Prior to that, Mark held a senior position at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, focusing on a high-profile biodiversity project, and served as the User Centred Design Profession Lead at HM Revenue & Customs, where leadership and operational design strategies were implemented. Contributions as a Senior Interaction and Service Designer at Capgemini and as a UX Designer at The Insolvency Service further solidified Mark's expertise in designing user-focused services. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing from Birmingham City University.
