Jennifer Weston-Charles is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in interaction and user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Interaction Design Consultant at Opencast since June 2023, Jennifer previously held the position of Lead Consultant Experience Designer at Thoughtworks, where responsibilities included co-hosting guest lectures and facilitating research sessions. As Head of UX at Capita, Jennifer led a talented team supporting significant projects for the Royal Navy, MOD, and Teachersā€™ Pensions. Notable past roles also include Principal Creative Consultant at Orange Bus, where recognition as employee of the year was achieved, and Senior User Interface Designer at DECIDE., creating user journeys for brands like P&G and Gillette. Jennifer's professional journey is supported by a BA hons in Multimedia Design from Northumbria University and a Master of Arts in Creative Digital Media from Teesside University.
