Rosanne Bakker is an accomplished HR Professional with extensive experience in human resources, finance, and operations, currently serving as the Deputy Director of People, Finance & Operations at Mama Cash. Since April 2024, Rosanne has been a member of the Consumenten Adviesraad at Stichting Reclame Code and has contributed to the Supervisory Board of Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam since January 2021. With a strong dedication to diversity and inclusion, Rosanne holds interim roles focused on HR advice and coaching while also lecturing on leadership at DAS Graduate School. Previous positions include HR Business Partner at KFC Nederland and various interim HR management roles, reflecting a versatile background in supporting organizations and nurturing talent.
