Sherwin Wu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently a Member of the Technical Staff at OpenAI since September 2022, Sherwin focuses on applications within the Applied AI team. Previously, Sherwin served as an Engineering Manager and Product Lead at Opendoor, where responsibilities included developing pricing machine learning models and managing data infrastructure from December 2016 to March 2022. Prior experiences include a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Quora, focusing on feed ranking and recommendations, and internships at Palantir Technologies and Doximity. Sherwin holds both a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
