Charlotte Cole is an accomplished Strategic Product Manager at Scale AI since April 2021, specializing in the development and management of high-complexity products for top strategic clients. As a founding team member, Charlotte has contributed to the expansion of Scale Catalog solutions within the eCommerce sector. Previously, Charlotte served as a Product Operations Manager and Senior Associate at EY-Parthenon from September 2018 to March 2021, focusing on transformation and innovation strategy in telecommunications and technology, including work with major national network operators and Fortune-500 IT firms. Earlier, Charlotte gained research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Keith Group at Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Cum Laude, from Harvard University, completed in 2018, and graduated from Brookline High School.
