Martin Schneider has had a progressive career in software development and management. Martin started as a Java Developer and Scrum Master at CENIT in 2009, eventually moving on to roles at companies like Digital River, Buhl Data Service GmbH, and Open-Xchange. In their most recent positions, they served as the Leiter Arbeitsbereich Softwareentwicklung at Generalzolldirektion and as a Principal Engineering Manager at ONE LOGIC. Currently, they hold the position of Software Development Team Lead at Open-Xchange.

Martin Schneider completed their Diplom (FH) in Computer Science at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. Martin then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Economic Computer Science at the same institution from 2007 to 2008.
