Thang Ngo is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the People Experience & Talent Lead at Open Universities Australia since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Recruiter / HR Generalist at Culture Amp from July 2016 to March 2019, where Thang was the first member of the People team in Australia, and as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at REA Group between October 2015 and July 2016. Prior to REA Group, Thang worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at AGL Energy through Futurestep, focusing on digital and technology talent sourcing, and held the position of Senior IT Talent Consultant at Resource Solutions Group. Thang began the recruitment career as a Recruitment Consultant at Programmed from June 2007 to November 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management from RMIT University and participation in a Tony Robbins program in 2012.
