Mason Bramer has extensive experience in system administration and technical support, currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Open Technology Solutions, LLC since October 2019, with previous roles including Jr Systems Administrator, Desktop Support Technician, Senior Service Desk Analyst, and Service Desk Analyst. Prior to this, Mason worked at Best Buy from April 2017 to October 2019 in various positions such as Samsung Expert, Sprint Expert, Smart Home Expert, and Wireless Sales Consultant. Mason holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security Engineering from Colorado Technical University, earned between 2018 and 2021, and completed secondary education at Legend High School from 2012 to 2016.
