Carla Clements is a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive experience in mental health and counseling. Since February 2015, Carla has been a member of Open Path Psychotherapy Collective and has operated a private practice since November 2009. Previously, Carla served as a counselor/intern at San Rafael High School with Bay Area Community Resources from September 2007 to June 2009, and as an OP case manager and MFT intern at Marin Services for Women from August 2005 to December 2008, focusing on women in recovery from chemical addiction. Carla's early career included work as a hotline advocate for Center For Domestic Peace from 2003 to 2006, where training was completed to assist women dealing with domestic violence. Carla holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University of California.
