Baibhab Pal is a Product Manager currently working at Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) since April 2024. Prior to this role, Baibhab served as a Product Manager at ChefKart from September 2022 to April 2024 and as an Associate Product Manager at Sourcewiz from December 2021 to June 2022. Baibhab co-founded Einstag, focusing on technology-based supply chain solutions for small-scale customized sourcing needs from July 2020 to October 2021. Additionally, Baibhab worked as a computer science teacher from July 2015 to July 2020, educating over 200 students in programming at higher secondary and intermediate levels. Earlier experience includes an internship as a software engineer at Infoseek Software Systems from July 2018 to April 2019. Baibhab holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Amity University, completed in 2020.
