Lance Lindskov is a seasoned professional in the contact center sales and operations field, currently serving as the Director of Contact Center Sales at ONE (Open Network Exchange) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lindskov spent nearly a decade at Progrexion, where responsibilities evolved from Operations Manager to Senior Director of Operations, overseeing multiple teams and leading significant growth initiatives across various sites including Phoenix, Provo, and Oklahoma City, as well as outsourcing teams in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
