Philip Risch is a highly experienced Reverse Mortgage Professional at Open Mortgage, LLC, since August 2007, holding Arizona State License Numbers 0930373 and 0920359, and is licensed under the California Residential Mortgage Lending Act. Risch has held various leadership roles throughout a robust career, including Vice President of Sales and Branch Relations, where the focus was on recruiting net branches and sales training. Previously, Risch co-founded Kitchen Table Technologies and served as County Manager for North American Title Company, managing four counties in Central California. Risch also held senior positions at Fidelity National Title, Old Republic Title Co, and Alain Pinel Realtors, contributing significantly to sales, marketing, and technology integration in the real estate industry. Risch earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University.
