Stephen Porter is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. As Chief Financial Officer at Open Industrial since May 2021, and concurrently serving as Controller and Chief Financial Officer at Fortified Property Group since January 2021, Stephen has a strong focus on the acquisition and operation of class B properties within the DC Metro area. Prior roles include Retail Investment Sales Broker at KLNB, Head of Real Estate at Kiddar Capital, and Head of Acquisitions and Property Refinances at Zuckerman Gravely, where significant experience was gained in property management and finance. Stephen’s career began with roles in accounting and financial analysis at PFC Energy and Miller Capital Management. Stephen holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
