Matt Graham is a seasoned professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product at Open Grid Systems since October 2022. Previously, at Mott MacDonald from September 2013 to October 2022, Matt held various positions including Product Owner, Manager, and Lead, with a focus on developing solutions for the Moata platform. Responsibilities included producing high-level designs and detailed requirements while collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, Matt worked as a Process Improvement Analyst and Content Manager, where analysis and technological implementation enhanced internal design processes. Early career experience includes a role as a Graduate Civil Engineer specializing in geotechnical engineering and a Student Intern position involving multi-storey building inspections. Matt holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
