Radu Puchiu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, public policy, and open government initiatives. Currently serving as Director of the Technology & Society Program at Aspen Institute Romania and Co-Founder of both Tinia Group and H.appy Cities, Radu has held various prominent roles including OGP Envoy for the Open Government Partnership and Public Policy and Open Government Consultant at RP. Radu's previous positions include State Secretary in the Guvernul României, where responsibilities included coordinating the implementation of the Open Government Partnership and leading the Online Services and Design Department. Radu's career also includes managerial roles at Kondiment and project management for the IT Department at Victoria Palace, along with notable contributions as IT&C Coordinator for the NATO Summit 2008 in Bucharest. Radu holds a Master's degree in Interior Design from Facultatea de Design - Bucuresti.
