Rachele Siciliani has accumulated extensive experience in regulatory support and contract optimization, currently serving as Responsabile supporto normativo e perfezionamento contrattuale at Open Fiber since September 2022. Previously, Rachele held key roles at Autostrade per l'Italia, including Resp. Acquisti e Appalti Ingegneria e Realizzazione and Buyer Appalti Pubblici. Rachele's experience also includes positions at RFI Rete Ferroviaria Italiana, Baxter, Toshiba Medical Systems, and MSD Italia S.r.l., primarily as a Tender and Legal Specialist in public tenders. Additionally, Rachele worked as a praticante at Studio Legale Vinti e associati and completed an internship at AGCM. Academic qualifications include a degree in Giurisprudenza from LUISS Business School and a Master's degree in Public Procurement from Sole24ore.
