Gwen Wu is a Senior Probate Attorney at Open Door Legal since March 2021, focusing on providing universal legal access and assisting the elder law team in preventing displacement in various districts through estate planning. Prior to this role, Gwen served as a Staff Attorney at the Homeless Action Center from January 2017 to March 2021, managing a caseload of clients facing homelessness and disabilities, and conducting outreach in encampments. Earlier experience includes a fellowship at the Prison Law Office, where Gwen engaged with CDCR officials on policy issues and drafted advocacy letters. Gwen Wu earned a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 2015.
