James Keaney is an experienced professional currently serving as an Ingredient Supply Chain Operations Specialist at Open Book Extracts since May 2023, where responsibilities involve process improvement and optimization in bulk ingredient production and sourcing operations, utilizing Acumatica ERP for workflow management. Prior to this, James held various internship roles, including a Project Intern where tasks focused on KPI generation and data analysis, and an internship that provided exposure to multiple departments such as EHS, QA/QC, Production, R&D, and Packaging. Additionally, James gained practical experience as a Sales Associate at Runners Haven and worked as a Product Specialist Engineer Intern at EMD Electronics. James is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
