Alexus Armstrong has extensive experience in customer service and direct support roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Postmates Inc. since December 2018, Alexus also has been a Direct Support Professional at Open Arms Care since July 2015. Educationally, Alexus earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University, completing studies there from 2017 to 2019, and previously attended Fisk University from 2012 to 2015.
