Michael Maltsev has a diverse work experience spanning 16 years. From 2005 to 2021, they have worked in various roles in different companies. Michael began their career in 2005 as a Credit Specialist in the Corporate Department at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine. In 2007, they moved to JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine) as a Corporate Department Specialist. In 2008, they joined BARANSELI FINANCIAL SETTLEMENTS as a Settlement Officer. In 2010, they were an Executive Producer at Highlight Pictures. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Chief Operating Financial Officer at Open Air Cinema. Currently, they are a Co-Founder at Big Screen Pro.

Michael Maltsev attended Kherson Gymnasium â„–6 from 1985 to 1993, followed by Kherson lyceum â„–29 from 1993 to 1995. Michael then went on to Kherson National Technical University from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Finance specialist in Economics. No additional certifications were obtained.
