Christophe Bonon serves as the Directeur des ressources humaines at OPCO 2i since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Previously, at Flowbird Group from July 2019 to February 2020, Christophe Bonon successfully reconstructed the HR department in France, conducted an HR audit, and contributed to organizational transformation. At AFDAS from May 2014 to July 2019, Christophe Bonon led the HR transformation during the merger of OPCAs and developed various strategic programs. The early career includes significant roles at Réseau Clubs Bouygues Telecom SA and Bouygues Telecom, where Christophe Bonon played a key role in expanding employee numbers and establishing efficient HR operations. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in International Human Resources Management from GROUPE IGS and a CIFFOP Master in Human Resources Management.
