M P Vijay Kumar serves as an Independent Director at ONGC Petro Additions Limited and Geojit Financial, while also holding the position of Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as a Member of the Investment Committee at Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). In addition, M P Vijay Kumar is a Member of the Committee of External Eminent Experts (CEEE) for Dispute Resolution with the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, and a Member of the Expert Committee on Implementation of IFRS in the Insurance Sector at the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
