Francisco Molaia Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT project management and backend development. Currently serving as Tech Lead Backend Sênior at Opah IT since October 2021, Francisco previously held various significant roles at Bradesco, including Gerente de Projetos and Analista de Sistemas, contributing to major projects such as Bradesco Net Empresa and Internet Banking. Francisco’s earlier career includes positions at Banco Mercantil de São Paulo S.A. and Parque de Material Aeronáutico de São Paulo, where skills in systems analysis, project coordination, and security operations were honed. Francisco holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Data Processing and several postgraduate specializations in project management, software engineering, and internet consultancy.
