Xavier Maury has a strong background in the automotive industry with a focus on manufacturing engineering and industrial projects. Xavier began their career at Robolix as a Project Manager from 1993 to 1998. Xavier then joined Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior in 1999, where they held various roles, including Ancilaries and Packaging Group Leader, Product/Process Group Leader, Director of Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering Director. In these positions, they were responsible for managing engineering activities and overseeing global manufacturing engineering projects. In 2014, they became the Division Engineering Director at Plastic Omnium, leading engineering, manufacturing engineering, and manufacturing technology development for the Automotive division. Xavier later took on additional responsibilities as the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Director Americas and the USA Operations Director at Plastic Omnium, where they focused on industrial performance, design for manufacturing, and overseeing industrial and manufacturing projects.
Xavier Maury completed their education at Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes - ENIT from 1986 to 1992, earning a Diplome d'ingénieur Mécanique with a specialization in Automatism. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1986, they attended Ecole Technique Michelin, where they received a Bac F1 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
