Wibo van Wier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in trade relations, international business consultancy, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Trade Advisor at Oost NL since March 2022, Wibo is involved in supporting over 1000 export companies in the Netherlands through the Trade Relations program. Previous roles include Account Manager Trade at NVNOM, Member of the Board at Wirtschaftsbund Hanse e.V., and International Business Consultant at Kennispoort Regio Zwolle. Wibo has a notable background in managing trade promotions, developing international partnerships, and consulting on corporate strategies and grants. Wibo holds a BSc in Engineering, Maintenance, and Business Administration from Windesheim and completed further education at Nyenrode Business University in November 2023.
