Alette Ducro is an experienced professional with a diverse background in governance, human resource development, and auditing. Currently serving as an Auditor at NVZD - Vereniging van bestuurders in de zorg since January 2023, Alette focuses on enhancing the expertise of healthcare administrators. Concurrently, as a Strategic HRD Advisor at Oost NL since November 2020, Alette contributes to strengthening the regional economy in Gelderland and Overijssel. Alette’s extensive experience also includes membership in the Supervisory Board of Golfexploitatiemaatschappij De Lage Vuursche B.V. and a prior role as a Partner at CPI Risk, Finance & Governance, where Alette specialized in transformation consultancy.
