Pranay Philips Thiparapu is an experienced professional with a background in customer success and product training within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success SME and Product Trainer at Oorwin since May 2021, Pranay also holds the position of Product Support Specialist, focusing on ATS, CRM, and HRMS systems. Prior to this role, Pranay worked at Amazon from May 2017 to April 2021 as a Customer Service Representative, providing assistance through multiple communication channels, including calls, emails, and chats, for customers across India, the USA, and Dubai.
