Bec Einspinner's work experience begins in 2014 as a Cafe Manager at AMF and concludes with their current role as a Campaign Executive at oOh!. Bec worked at AMF from September 2014 to May 2017 before moving on to Pittwater RSL Club as a Cafe/Bar Merchant, where they worked from May 2017 to November 2019. Bec then joined Impression Technology Pty Ltd as an Administrative employee in June 2015 and stayed there until July 2021. From August 2019 to July 2021, they worked as a Duty Manager at Brookvale Hotel. Finally, in July 2021, they transitioned to their current role as a Sales Operations Executive at oOh!.

Bec Einspinner began their education in 2015, attending Freshwater Senior Campus where they earned a High School Certificate in 2016. During the same time frame, they also attended TAFE NSW, focusing on Entertainment, Tourism, and Events Management. In 2019, they continued their education at JMC Academy, where they pursued a degree in Entertainment Business Management, specializing in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. This program lasted until 2020.
