Rachel Wallace is an experienced professional currently serving as the E-commerce Customer Care Manager at OOFOS since August 2022 and working as a Medical Assistant at New England Family Foot Care since March 2022, where responsibilities include medical billing and ensuring accurate insurance documentation.
