Preston Stewart has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Preston recently served as the Director of Chocolate and Project Manager at Onyx Coffee Lab, where they contributed to the development of chocolate products. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Chocolate Officer and Project Manager at Hello Cocoa. In both positions, Preston showcased their expertise in crafting artisan, bean-to-bar chocolates sourced from around the world. Additionally, they co-founded Markham & Fitz Chocolate, where they fulfilled the role of Co-Founder and Chief Chocolate Officer. Before venturing into the chocolate industry, Preston gained management experience as a Manager at Potter's House Thrift Store and as an Irrigation Manager at Colonial Hills. Preston also worked as a Quality Control Technician at Pel-Freez Biologicals. Preston's earlier experiences include serving as a Resident Assistant at University Housing and as a Student Coordinator at ROCK Camp.

Preston Stewart attended Norfork High School from 2000 to 2004, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Arkansas from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree. During their time at the university, Preston studied Biochemistry and Spanish. Additionally, they also pursued Chemistry and Biochemistry, reflecting their interest in these subjects.
