Nishita Karkhanis has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Nishita started their career as a Project Engineering Intern at Tata Motors in 2003 and later worked as an Engineer-Product Development at MGI Coutier in 2005. At Cummins Power Generation, they held the roles of Manager-Engineering and Sr. Manager, leading the function of Product Configuration Management within the Engineering Team. Nishita then joined Infosys as an Engineering Lead for a brief period before joining QuEST Global in 2012.

At QuEST Global, Nishita served as a Project Leader and later as a Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Nishita'sresponsibilities included leading a team, setting up robust engineering processes, handling multiple long-term projects, and managing customer relationships.

Most recently, Nishita has been working at Onward Technologies Limited, where they have held various positions. Nishita started as a General Manager-Sales, then became the Vice President of Europe Sales, and currently serves as the Vice President-Sales.

Nishita Karkhanis holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University. Nishita completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Mount Carmel Convent High School. Nishita also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering. Nishita has additional certifications in Project Management from QuEST Global PMI and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
