Catherine Sherry, CPACC, is an experienced professional in digital accessibility and recruitment, currently serving as the Delivery Leader for Digital Accessibility & XD at Onward Search since June 2020. In this role, Catherine supports and develops Digital Accessibility practice and strategy while leading delivery for all related needs. Prior to this position, Catherine held various roles including Director of Recruitment, focusing on technology and accessibility advocacy, and Senior Technology Recruiter, connecting top talent with leading companies. Catherine's previous experience includes technical recruiting at Pierce Professional Resources and Encode, Inc., as well as an administrative role and early internship experience in media. Catherine earned a B.A. in Television / Radio & PR / Journalism from Monmouth University.
