Matt Fleiner is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as an Asset Manager at Onward Energy since April 2022. Previously, Fleiner held the position of Operations Engineer at Idemitsu Renewables from August 2019 to April 2022 and served as an Asset Manager at X-Elio from April 2017 to August 2019, managing a portfolio of over 32 utility-scale solar facilities totaling more than 260MW. Earlier experience includes working as a PV Design Engineer at SolarCity, where Fleiner designed compliant photovoltaic systems for over 1,620 residential houses. An internship as an Automation Engineer at USS-POSCO Industries focused on improving line reliability and efficiencies in manufacturing processes. Fleiner began professional tenure at In-N-Out Burger as a Level 4 Associate, enhancing customer service. Fleiner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Nevada, Reno.
