Tom Clark has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries, currently serving in a dual role at Onvo as Loss Prevention & Special Projects and Director of Operations for Restaurants since April 2018. Prior roles include Hotel Team Leader at Choice Hotels International and Team Leader at Wegmans Food Markets, where Tom joined the Culinary Division. Additional experience encompasses director positions at Liberty Petroleum Distributors, overseeing operations at multiple hotel and restaurant chains, and an Area Manager role at Chipotle Mexican Grill focused on team development and high standards. Tom also owned and operated The Montrose House - Inn, Restaurant & Tavern from 2002 to 2008. Educational background includes studies at the University of Central Florida and Marshall University.
