Tolga Tarimer began their work experience in 2011 as a Site Engineer at IBM İnşaat Taahhüt Ltd. Şti. Tolga then worked as a Civil Engineer at Power Projects from November 2012 to February 2013. After that, they joined EMT Erimtan Consulting, Construction, and Trade Inc. as a Civil Engineer from February 2013 to January 2015. In 2015, they became a Technical Office Manager at ALFA Engineering & Construction Co. Lastly, Tolga Tarimer has been working at ONUR Taahhüt Taşımacılık İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. since February 2016. Tolga first worked as a Technical Office Engineer before being promoted to Chief Engineer in July 2017.

Tolga TARIMER obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Kara Harp Okulu in 2008. Tolga then pursued their education at Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ), where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering between 2008 and 2012. Finally, Tolga completed a Master's degree in the Hydraulic Department at Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) starting from 2012. No specific end year was provided for this degree.
