Brian "BK" Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brian "BK" currently holds the position of VP Business Development at Ontronics, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded The Five:14 Initiative in June 2020.

Between 2017 and 2020, Kennedy worked as VP Business Development at Ontronics. Before that, from 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Director of Sales and Operations at 2B Wireless.

Kennedy's earlier experience includes a role as Sales and Operations Manager at T-Mobile from 2013 to 2015, where they later served as District Manager in the Phoenix North District. Prior to T-Mobile, they worked as Director of Retail Operations at Core Wireless Group, LLC from 2009 to 2012.

Kennedy also has experience in retail management, having worked as a Store Director at PetSmart in 2008 and as a General Manager at Best Buy from 2005 to 2006. Brian "BK" began their career at Target Corporation, where they served as a Store Team Leader from 2003 to 2005.

Additionally, Kennedy worked as Director of Sales & Operations at Freedom First Financial from 2006 to 2008, where they focused on establishing the insurance division of the company.

Brian "BK" Kennedy completed their education with a Master of Arts degree in Christian Leadership and Pastoral Ministry from Grand Canyon University in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. Their education journey began with an Associates degree in Psychology from Ambassador University, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
