Lieven Poelman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Lieven is currently employed at ONTOFORCE as a Software Architect since January 2023. Prior to this, Lieven owned and operated Lambda Phi Consulting, an IT consultancy, where they excelled in development, architecture, and led technical teams. Lieven also possesses expertise in the e-mobility sector and its protocols. From 2012 to 2023, they worked at Powerdale NV/SA, first as a Senior Software Developer, then as a Software Architect and Capacity Group Manager. Before that, Lieven was a Senior Technical Consultant at Siemens from 2005 to 2012, and they contributed to the open-source project Gnu Hylafax in 2008.

Lieven Poelman attended College Paters Jozefieten Melle from 1993 to 1999, where they studied Latin-Mathematics. From 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at HOGENT.
