Steve Kelley serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Energy since February 2021 and holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Onto Innovation since January 2023. Previously, Steve was the President and CEO of Amkor Technology from May 2013 to June 2020, where a significant transformation led to consistent free cash flow generation and the strongest balance sheet in the company's history. Additional board memberships include the Global Semiconductor Alliance and Switch Lighting. Steve’s extensive experience encompasses senior leadership roles in multiple high-tech companies, with notable contributions at Cree and Texas Instruments, culminating in strong operational and financial performance. Academically, Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
