Starting in 2012, they joined Second Image National (now Ontellus) where they held various roles, including Lead Customer Service Representative and later as a Business System Analyst. Their responsibilities included leading a team, handling customer inquiries, and providing technical support. Since 2017, they have been employed at Ontellus as a Business Systems Analyst and Template Builder Application Analyst. Their duties include providing technical support, documenting help desk tickets, and creating service orders.
Dianne Waskel completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Systems Analysis from the University of Phoenix-Southern California Campus from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix between 2015 and 2017.
