Cindy Bradley, CPTM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, compliance, and operational management within the transportation and recreational sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Standards Compliance and Training at Ontario Northland since September 2004, Cindy has been instrumental in promoting sustainable economic growth through the development and delivery of training programs for Rail Infrastructure employees while ensuring adherence to established standards. Previously, as the Manpower Coordinator Maintenance of Way Clerk, Cindy coordinated the weekly manpower for over 100 employees, managed payroll processes, and supported training initiatives. Prior roles include District Manager and Operations Director at the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs and Continuing Education Instructor at Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology, where Cindy focused on education, volunteer recruitment, and program development. Proficient in various software applications, Cindy possesses strong administrative and leadership skills, contributing to successful organizational outcomes.
