Tami Boulton is a seasoned professional in facilities management and health and safety, currently serving as Director of Facilities & Projects at Ontario Power Generation since June 2017. Previously, Tami held various managerial roles at Ontario Power Generation from 2007 to 2017, focusing on health and safety regulatory portfolios and project leadership in health and safety initiatives. Tami's experience extends to Union Gas, where responsibilities included developing EHS objectives and managing project budgeting. Earlier in Tami's career, positions as a Plant Ergonomist at Ford Motor Company and Navistar Inc. involved the implementation of ergonomics programs and safety policies. Tami holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Master's degree in Engineering from Western University.
