Joseph. S. Mancinelli is the international Vice President and Central and Eastern Canada Regional Manager of the Labourersā€™ International Union of North America (LiUNA) representing over 140,000 members across the country. He is also Chair for the LiUNA Pension Fund (LPF), and works to invest in projects that provide long-term rates of return for members.
